1.Bird Dog Crunches

Repeat this process ten times and then continue on the other side as well.

4. Touch with one leg toe

Stand with your legs wider than shoulder width, toes only slightly out and tailbone in. With a light weight in your hands, 5 pounds is fine, stretch your arms straight over your head as far as you can.
Then bend at the hips and reach as far to the right as you can. When you can’t reach any further, turn toward the floor and rotate your body from back to front, exhaling as you return to center. This exercise will help you target the area of your love handles and get rid of them immediately.
